Lansing Sailing Club e-Sheet for October 3, 2011
Docks- Out Schedule Change
All of our "in the water crew" are gone this coming weekend and after checking schedules we are going to move docks-out to Sunday October 16 at 10 AM. This will avoid potential conflicts with the MSU/U of M football game which is Saturday October 15. All of our docks-out core crew will be available that day and the focus will be to get the docks moved out and get the sunfish stored for winter. We will also have a late October raking work party on Saturday October 29 at 10 AM. Last year we did that with a John Deere tractor and vacuum which worked very well - we need people to help shuffle boats around so we can do a thorough raking of the entire property.
Your docks-out obligation can be fulfilled be attending either of the work sessions. Just to make sure we have enough people to assist with dock's out and raking - listed below are assignments - if you want to switch, please contact the rear commodore Mike Moody at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
