Sailboat for Sale, Melges 16 Foot

Melges 16 foot 1969 (or so) needs mast work, dry rot candidate for scarfing. Jib is OK, mainsail has some patchable rodent holes. Leaboards and twin rudders seam to be useable, hull sat in lake for afternoon with no leaks visable. Wooden boom looks ok and rigging is there, may be a piece or two missing.
