Work Party - Leaf Raking
A reminder that our leaf raking session is Saturday, October 29th starting at 9 AM. The forecast looks favorable (dry at least) to make quick work of getting boats moved and the property raked and ready for winter. Even though most of the raking will be done by a vacuum, we still need people to rake from the sides of the property and the hard to reach places. Please arrive with a rake and work gloves. If we get a good turnout we can be done by 11 AM.
Final Call for Annual Banquet
It’s last call to sign-up for our annual banquet. The event will once again be at the Kellogg Center, this time in the Red Cedar Room (on the main level). It is on Friday, November 4th. Cash bar opens at 6:30, and dinner is at 7:15.
The program includes dinner, drinks, games, awards, door prizes, and the club’s annual meeting. It is a great opportunity to meet new and old members alike, so all are encouraged to attend. We have nearly 40 members already signed up! Don’t miss out.
Menu choices are: London Broil, Pecan Chicken, or Veggie Pizza. Covered parking is included in the $35 cost.
