Three of the Lightnings work left after the start of race three

On a beautiful September day, Mike Moody took early leads in all three races and turned one into a win. "Wind Dancer" came from behind to win the other two races.
Chris Miller continued her record of one win and one loss on each of the three Sundays she has been at the helm of "Wind Dancer". Pat Dolan was at the helm in the third race as "Wind Dancer" came from behind again to win.
Mike Moody had two new faces aboard "Moody's Booty". Casey Ray and Kristen Etchebarne crewed for MIke. Casey is Commodore of the MSU Sailing Club and won the collegiate division of Saturday's Spartan Singles Regatta. In addition to his race one win, Mike and crew were third in the other two contests.
Scott Watkins sailed the Hurlbutt boat and he brought along a colleague from work, Kenan Cosguner, to join Adrianne Tuttle in the crew. Scott sailed well and finished third int he first race.
The "Bananas" crew was filled out today by Bob HIll as he joined Jim and Maribeth Fletcher. They missed the first race, but sailed solidly in the remaining two races, finishing second.
Other new faces included Michael-Salomon Jost who sailed with Larry Koster and Tom Rasmussen aboard "Shibumi" and Rich Manner who sailed with Susanna Tellschow and Bob Miller on "Oh m".
